2021 November Update
I hope everyone had a happy Thanksgiving! I don't know about you, but this month sure has flown by. In mid-November, I was one of the showing artists in an art show at Everlan of Johnson City, a beautiful senior living community in TN. Everyone was so friendly and it was great getting to chat with the guests and other artists! The other big event this month is the 2021 WVAL Christmas Art Show. I’m most excited about the 2 Christmas-themed greeting cards with my frog characters, Mud, Kip, and Pinto. The new illustrations are yet to be released online, so you're getting a sneak preview! WOO! 🐸
My passion projects lately are creating more character illustrations, particularly dragons and fairies... and I'm working on some holiday commissions! Commissions are still open, so if you have an idea for an illustration, a custom mug, etc, submit an inquiry through my contact page and I'll be happy to help you out in time for Christmas!
Lastly, I am launching MY OWN WEBSITE'S OFFICIAL SHOP!!!!! AAHHH!!!! What a relief! After last year of experimenting with Redbubble and FineArtAmerica and realizing just how awful the profit margins were, not being able to personalize anything for customers' products, etc...I've decided to step away and focus on having my own shop right here. I have WAY MORE ownership, quality control on products, and more of a personal touch from me to you!
I still may not be very far in my art career, but I want to step in the right direction towards making the online shopping experience right for all of you reading this. Thank you for your continued support, and thanks so much for reading. YOU ARE THE BEST!!
